Leon Baji's Terms & Conditions — A Detailed Guide for Members

1General Policies

Leon Baji (hereinafter referred to as "leon" or the "Platform") is an international online betting and gaming platform that provides services in Bangladesh and other countries. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between leon and its members.

These Terms & Conditions define both the rights and responsibilities of our users. leon wants all members to have a clear understanding of what to expect and what is not permitted — which is why this document has been prepared in plain language for easy reading.

• Leon reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time.
• Any changes will be communicated via your registered email and published on the site.

2Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account and use services on leon, the following conditions must be met. A KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process is in place to ensure compliance with these requirements.

• Each person may only register one account. If multiple accounts are created, all of them will be closed.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
• Accounts opened with false information will be terminated and any deposited balance may be forfeited.
• Members are responsible for keeping their account password and login credentials secure.
• If you suspect any unauthorized use of your account, contact support immediately.
• Operating more than one account from the same household or device is strictly prohibited.

A copy of your national ID or passport may be requested for KYC verification. This is done solely for security purposes, and all information is kept strictly confidential.

3Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Leon is committed to transparency and security in all financial transactions. Members in Bangladesh can use popular payment methods including Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket.

• Minimum Deposit: BDT 500.
• Maximum Deposit: BDT 1,00,000 per day (may vary depending on account level).
• Minimum Withdrawal: BDT 500.
• Withdrawal Processing: Usually completed within 1–3 hours. In some cases, it may take up to 24 hours.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Depositing or withdrawing via third-party accounts is strictly prohibited.

KYC verification must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request. Withdrawal requests from unverified accounts will not be processed. To withdraw from a bonus balance, the applicable wagering requirements must be met.

4Bonus & Promotion Terms

Leon regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own terms, which are detailed on the relevant promotion page. The general conditions below apply to all bonuses.

• A minimum deposit of BDT 500 is required to receive the welcome bonus.
• Withdrawals are not permitted until the wagering requirements for each bonus have been fully met.
• Two bonuses cannot be active at the same time (cashback and referral bonuses are exceptions).
• Bonuses must be used before they expire. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once the expiry date passes.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the bonus and any associated winnings will be voided.
• Leon reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus at any time.

5Betting Rules

Sports Betting, Live Casino, and all other gaming activities on leon operate under a defined set of rules. All members are required to comply with these terms.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Leon reserves the right to make a final decision on any bet affected by a technical error.
• If a match is cancelled or left unresolved, the bet amount will be refunded.
• Odds in live betting are subject to change. The odds at the time your bet is confirmed will apply.
• Accounts flagged for suspicious betting patterns will be placed under review.

6Prohibited Activities

Leon is committed to maintaining a safe and fair environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in account closure along with further action.

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another member's account.
• Intentionally exploiting technical vulnerabilities or glitches in the platform.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other form of illegal financial activity.
• Harassing other members or spreading false information.
• Participating in match-fixing or sports corruption.

7Account Suspension & Closure

Leon may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the circumstances listed below. Members are generally notified beforehand, though immediate action may be taken in urgent cases.

• Where clear evidence of a Terms & Conditions violation is found.
• KYC verification has not been completed.
• If suspicious transactions or fraudulent activity are detected.
• Where a member has requested self-exclusion.
• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (over 12 months).

Members may also request account closure at any time. In such cases, any existing balance will be returned in accordance with the applicable withdrawal policy.

8Privacy & Data Protection
